Inspiration

Christian Rodriguez posted:

While we should defend what we think is right, we must do so in love, humility and kindness. Before we become angry at someone, we need to examine the reasons for our anger closely to make sure that we are not merely hiding our own deficiencies. We need to ask the Lord for the discernment to know when we should become angry and when we should not. We must be honest about our angry feelings and be willing to admit when we are wrong. We need to remember the freedom that we have in Christ and try not enslave people with our interpretations of scripture. And most of all, we need to submit ourselves to the Lord and allow His power to flow through us, for only His power is strong enough to control the rage within us.
