Inspiration


Tears are the antifreeze for the soul. It's okay to cry and get mad. Release those negative feelings into a pillow so as not to hurt anyone or "burn" them. The release will help you feel better. It will cleanse your soul from negatives.
Sometimes I "feel" guilty that I'm crying & don't even know where its coming from. I have to remind myself daily to be kind & gentle to myself as I would another.
